Ways to Practice Self Care

               SELF CARE - a term with which we are familiar the most but use/do the least. Life these days is full of hustle and bustle. Eventually, everyone is busy these days. But don't let this affect you in any way. To deal with everyday's stress we must follow a self-care routine. However busy you might be but take out time for your care i.e self-care. Let's take a look at a few self-care ideas which one can follow on a daily basis. These simple ideas will help you in leading a healthier and positive life.


1. Hydrate Yourself:
                 It all starts with a glass of water. Whenever you are stressed or exhausted just sip a glass of water. This helps to boost your mood at a certain level. Remember, the next time when you feel like you are stressing too much just drink a glass of water.


2. Declutter Your Space:
                Organise or rearrange your messy space. Doing so you will start feeling much better. This is what I have experienced many times. Whenever I declutter my space it helps me to feel cosy and helps to destress myself. Remember, your space is also a part of your self-care.


3. Sound Sleep:
              A good night's sleep plays a vital role. When you take a sound sleep of  7 hours you are energized for working throughout the day. A perfect sleep is of  7 hours, no less or no more. A beauty benefit of your sound sleep is that you are free from dark circles. Isn't it cool?


4. Plan things down:
             It's a good habit. Planning this before helps us to be more productive and prevents your unnecessary stress of the workload. Planning gives a clear idea of happenings. Always plan things down.  

 
5. Hobby Time:
            As I mentioned early, we all are busy these days. So, what? Should this impact your hobby? No, never ever. 10 -15 minutes are more than enough for your hobby. By the way, what's your hobby? Tell me in the comment section.


6. Move a little:
          Moving your body helps in activating your brain cells. There are no hard and fast rules for moving your body. If you like to do stretches and cardio go with it but if you like to dance don't wait to hop on the floor.


7. Absorb new things:  
           Everyone gets bore to do certain things over and over again. Then, Why don't you learn something new? Go out of the comfort zone and grab new skills. So, Which skill you are planning to grab? Tell me in the comment section.    


8. Groom Up:
          Even though you don't have any reason. By doing so you gain confidence and do things better. Just make your hairs and wear a comfy pair of attire. That's more than enough.

                            Mornings are super powerful to kickstart our day. Mornings are so powerful that they even set the tone of our day. When the day is bad, few blame the morning and in few cases even a person. In Hindi, we have a popular phrase, "Aaj ka toh din hi kharab hai.
