Everyone wants that clear, glowing and radiant skin. Even You, Right? That's the reason why you are here. Well, to have a flawless skin is just a piece of cake. Anyone can have that crystal clear skin. Literally anyone. Let's see how:
1. Water, Water and Water :
70% of our body is made up of water, the importance of drinking water can't be underestimated. Water helps to clean our skin not just externally but also internally.
2. Don't touch your face :
Touching your face can transfer the germs of your hands on your face. Many people have the bad habit of touching their face every now and then but this the reason for problems like the pimples, dark spots, acene and so on.
3. Exercise :
Regular exercise not only helps in keeping us fit and fine but it also helps our skin to look fresh and healthy.
4. Diet :
Diet plays a major role when it comes to healthy skin. Now here, many people get confused between diet and fasting. Diet doesn't mean fasting, it means what we consume on a daily basis. That's it.
5. Natural Packs :
Applying natural packs is my personal favorite way. Honey, Multani mitti, Besan, turmeric are the few among which I prefer applying on face.
6. Say "NO" to heavy makeup :
The skin over our face is too much sensitive, but we often ignore this fact. Makeup will make you look good temporary but it damages our skin permanently. Use makeup products only when it's necessary.
