Are you tired of keeping the stack of blank notebooks?  And don't know how to fill a journal. If ' Yes', you are at the perfect place. These blog is going to be super exciting as I am not going to tell you only about how to fill journals but also how to keep journals for personal improvement. Let's jump into the blog.

1. To-Do Lists:
Let's get started with the basics first. Whenever you are having a blank notebook first start with the to-do lists. Doing so gives you super efficiency of completing your work before the deadline and when writing things down rather than just mugging up, we remember things in a better way. We can keep a track of our day to day activities just by flipping the pages.

2. Vocab Journal:
This my personal favourite way of filling a journal. In fact, I keep a ring binder for listing new vocabulary words. Since a long time, I was writing vocabulary words in journals itself, but as you know the words are vast and a journal isn't sufficient for these many words. So I shifted from a journal to a binder and to my surprise, the binder is helping a lot. The moment I find a root word, prefix or suffix of a particular word I immediately find the word and just write it. All this is possible because of my ring binder, it gives me the freedom of adding extra pages wherever I want.

3.Stream Of Consciousness:
Also known as "Morning Pages". This term ' Morning Pages' came from the Author Julia Cameron. In her book, "The Artist's Way", a deep description of these pages is been provided. The author tells us how writing three long-handed pages every morning helps to deal with our day to day activity in a better way. Though I haven't read the book yet,  I have personally experienced the magic. Before any sort of activity, the first priority should be given to writing these three long-handed pages. Write whatever comes in your mind it doesn't matter how right or wrong it is. It's just a simple practice. You should go with the flow. Morning Pages I have always acted as a catalyst for me. The more I used to write about my fears and my problems, the more clear my mind was on dealing with them. Morning Pages for me is the fantastic experience that I ever had. Only one thing that you will have to keep in mind is never to read any page. I don't know the reason but it's said so by the author. If you want to know the answer then read the book,  "The Artist's Way". It's been a year to me writing Morning Pages, I have never ever opened it and never will.

Eventually, everyone is busy these days. But don't let this affect you in any way. To deal with everyday's stress we must follow a self-care routine. However busy you might be but take out time for your care i.e self-care. Let's take a look at a few self-care ideas which one can follow on a daily basis. These simple ideas will help you in leading a healthier and positive life. 1. Hydrate Yourself:                  It all starts with a glass of water. Powerful Things To Do Every Morning

Mornings are super powerful to kickstart our day. Mornings are so powerful that they even set the tone of our day. When the day is bad, few blame the morning and in few cases even a person. In Hindi, we have a popular phrase, "Aaj ka toh din hi kharab hai. Aaj subah kiska muh dekha?" a perfect one for such situations. This means when you see the face of an unfavorite person your day is bad, but it's nothing like that. Our day depends on the activities we do. It's obvious we get the fruit of our deed and not who's face we saw in the morning. Let's take a look, how you can make your mornings better and eventually your day.                                                                Image Courtesy - Pixabay   1. Wake Up Early                     First things first. Remember,                 "Early to bed and early to rise. Makes a man  Healthy, Wealthy and Wise." 2. Be Grateful                After waking up the next thin

Welcome to my blogs....

ABOUT ME     Hi! I am Richa. A Second Year student of Multimedia from India. I am passionate about writing on stuff related to LIFESTYLE, FASHION, TRAVEL, HEALTH, HOW-TO, and many more. I came to know about this term called as blogging way back in 2015 when I was just 15 but at that point this term didn't excited me anymore. Then gradually as I started growing up, I came across this term often. By this time the scenario was totally different from earlier, I was curious to know about blogs and blogging. I always wanted to write blogs. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do so. Whenever I used to search on google it always showed me that blogging means a huge spending. Eventually, I dropped that idea of blogs and blogging. And then, one fine day I came across this blogging site called as 'Blogger', this site was an eye-opener for me. This site proved me wrong and I  am happy for this. Blogger is a site where I can give wings to my writing at no cost
