Are you tired of keeping the stack of blank notebooks? And don't know how to fill a journal. If ' Yes', you are at the perfect place. These blog is going to be super exciting as I am not going to tell you only about how to fill journals but also how to keep journals for personal improvement. Let's jump into the blog.
1. To-Do Lists:
Let's get started with the basics first. Whenever you are having a blank notebook first start with the to-do lists. Doing so gives you super efficiency of completing your work before the deadline and when writing things down rather than just mugging up, we remember things in a better way. We can keep a track of our day to day activities just by flipping the pages.

2. Vocab Journal:
This my personal favourite way of filling a journal. In fact, I keep a ring binder for listing new vocabulary words. Since a long time, I was writing vocabulary words in journals itself, but as you know the words are vast and a journal isn't sufficient for these many words. So I shifted from a journal to a binder and to my surprise, the binder is helping a lot. The moment I find a root word, prefix or suffix of a particular word I immediately find the word and just write it. All this is possible because of my ring binder, it gives me the freedom of adding extra pages wherever I want.
3.Stream Of Consciousness:
Also known as "Morning Pages". This term ' Morning Pages' came from the Author Julia Cameron. In her book, "The Artist's Way", a deep description of these pages is been provided. The author tells us how writing three long-handed pages every morning helps to deal with our day to day activity in a better way. Though I haven't read the book yet, I have personally experienced the magic. Before any sort of activity, the first priority should be given to writing these three long-handed pages. Write whatever comes in your mind it doesn't matter how right or wrong it is. It's just a simple practice. You should go with the flow. Morning Pages I have always acted as a catalyst for me. The more I used to write about my fears and my problems, the more clear my mind was on dealing with them. Morning Pages for me is the fantastic experience that I ever had. Only one thing that you will have to keep in mind is never to read any page. I don't know the reason but it's said so by the author. If you want to know the answer then read the book, "The Artist's Way". It's been a year to me writing Morning Pages, I have never ever opened it and never will.
