A good head-start is to plan for the events earlier itself. Before setting out for the work, list down the things that you are supposed to do throughout the entire day. Give first priority to the task that you know exactly what you want to do. Planning day earlier always helps in executing the day in a better way.

One Is more likely to work under the deadline. Figure out how much time a particular task is going to consume and accordingly set a deadline for each and every task. Setting deadline gives a clear vision for prioritizing your tasks.

When it comes to time management we have to understand that not all the things can be done at a single point. The first priority must be given to the important and relevant tasks. Tasks which are not much important should be kept aside.

Tasks which drain our energy must be done before taking other tasks in hand. Time block your day, schedule time according to the challenging tasks, moderate tasks and at last the effortless ones. Ones you are done with the crucial and challenging tasks it's easy to complete the other two types of tasks.
